Information on Financial Services Offered

Consolitech Switzerland AG provides its clients with individual and tailor-madesolutions in the areas of investment advisory, asset monitoring, and assetconsolidation. As an independent investment expert, we offer personal, needs-based advice and support. You choose the form of collaboration that best suitsyour requirements from our comprehensive service offering.Within investment advisory, we differentiate between transaction-based andportfolio-based advisory services.

Depending on the chosen service, we carry outcomprehensive suitability and appropriateness assessments. The scope of theseassessments depends on the client segment (see section: Client Segmentation /Suitability and Appropriateness Assessment).

Our proven success model is based on the principle that we can support ourclients most effectively when we fully understand their financial situation, investment goals, time horizon, risk capacity, and risk tolerance. Regardless ofwhether the advisory is transaction-based or portfolio-based.

Our advisory services are consistently tailored to your individual needs andpersonal financial situation. While we collaborate with selected partners, we onlyrecommend external providers, financial products, or services when they offerclear economic and financial value for you.As a rule, we work on a fee-based model. If we receive commissions from banks, asset managers, or other financial service providers, we disclose them in full andensure complete cost transparency.

Client Segmentation / Suitability and Appropriateness Assessment

According to Art. 4 para. 1 FinSA, financial service providers are required toclassify their clients into one of the following legal segments: retail clients, professional clients, or institutional clients. This classification determines the level of investor protection and impacts theextent of our information and disclosure obligations. Under certain conditions, clients can change their classification through a process known as opting-in oropting-out.

For investment advisory services, we carry out suitability and appropriatenessassessments. These assessments consider:

  • Financial situation (e.g., affordability)
  • Investment objectives (e.g., duration, purpose, restrictions, and risk
    appetite)
  • Knowledge and experience
  • Personal risk preferences

The scope of the assessment depends on the client segment and the type of
advisory service chosen.

Service Fees

At Consolitech Switzerland AG, we operate on a fully transparent fee basis. When we introduce clients to selected partners, we may receive commissions or other forms of
compensation. We always disclose these arrangements openly. We only work with partners who bring clear financial and service benefits, and we recommend third parties only when they genuinely meet the needs of our clients. While we do not offer our own investment products or asset management services, we may provide investment-related solutions within the limits of our legal and regulatory framework.
